Do I need a referral to book?↓
No referral is needed. Any family can book directly with us for check-ups, emergency care or specialist consultations.
How long is the first appointment?↓
The initial consultation is approximately 45–60 minutes, giving us time to examine, explain and answer all your questions without rushing.
Is a deposit required?↓
Yes — a $70 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm initial consultation bookings. This is credited to your appointment fee on the day.
Do you accept Medicare CDBS?↓
We participate in the Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS) but are not bulk bill providers. A gap payment will apply. Please check eligibility before your visit.
