Medicare: We do participate in the Medicare Child Dental Benefits Scheme (CDBS)- but do not bulk bill.
Full payment is required on the day of appointment.
The costs for an initial comprehensive consultation is $135 (health fund code 015 or 017 if there is a referral). If Xrays/radiographs are required (should we be able to take them on the day), we can take up to 3. Each radiograph is $50 (health fund code 022).
If you have access to private health insurance, we are able to process the claim on the day via HICAPS.
We accept all credit cards with a surcharge of 1.5%.
As a result of high demands for appointments, when booking an appointment (initial consultation), a non-refundable deposit of $65 is required to secure the appointment. Your child’s appointment cannot be confirmed until the deposit is made. The $65 deposit will be credited towards the cost of the appointment.
For chair treatment appointments (happy gas sedation) a non-refundable deposit of $400 is required to secure the appointment. The $400 deposit will be credited towards the cost of the appointment.
Please note that these are a non-refundable amounts, if you cancel (within 48 hours) or fail to attend the appointment, you will forfeit the $400.
Any appointment that is cancelled within the 48-hour period prior to the appointment date and time will be charged a cancellation fee of the non-refundable deposit.
Rescheduling more than 48 hours prior
Appointments may be rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to your appointment time at no additional cost.

If your child is eligible for Medicare CDBS, please note we do not bulk-bill; full payment is required on the day. Your receipt can then be used to claim your rebate directly from Medicare, via our office.
Initial consultation cost is $135 (code 88011) and up to 3 xrays/radiographs can be taken on the day, costing $50 each (code 88022). Medicare will generally rebate approximately $56 for the consultation and around $32 for each xray/radiograph. There will always be a gap fee and any gap fee/fees are always payable on the day of the appointment and methods available are: Eftpos, Credit card(1.5% surcharge).
